New Clients — Please Read Before You Book 🤍 Welcome! Before your first appointment, here's what I need from you: 1. Fill out your intake form first. Your appointment will not be accepted until it's completed. I'll send it by text and email — if it's not completed within 24 hours of receiving it, your appointment will not be accepted. I've never met you or seen your nails, so I need that information first. 2. Confirm your appointment on time. Please check your texts and emails and confirm when you get the reminder. 3. Be on time — new clients have a 5-minute grace period. The first 10 minutes of your appointment are your consultation: I look at your nails, check their structure and health, and make sure the service you picked is actually the right one for you. If you arrive late, that time is gone and I can't give you the consultation you need. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduled. Thank you for understanding — these steps help me take good care of your nails from the very first visit. Cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Booking & Cancellation Policy
New Client Deposits
A $15-$25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes directly toward your total service cost.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may prevent future online booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for established / returning clients only, not new clients. New clients have a 5-minute grace period.
Impact: For established / returning clients, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled to respect the next client's time.
Fees: If you are too late for the service to be performed, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
