Booking & Cancellation Policy
New Client Deposits
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes directly toward your total service cost.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may prevent future online booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Impact: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled to respect the next client's time.
Fees: If you are too late for the service to be performed, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
